What is AMB?

AMB, short for Apprentice Management Board, was born as a training program, to find and to train potential MB members. This is an advanced program applying the model of Talent Management of many international corporations in the field of recruitment.


During the program, you will have a chance to experience the life of an MB, including these 3 stages:
  • Stage 1: you and your teammates will start from scratch, building your dream year with BELL. 
  • Stage 2: all of you will be the INTERVIEWER of the next Spring Recruitment. 
  • Stage 3: the Presidential Election will take place and a brand new generation of Management Board of BELL Club will come to light.

This is not a competition, it is a practical environment created for deserved members who really have a mutual dream, no matter you are K41 or K42 students. After experiencing AMB, you will gain a lot of things: planning skill, critical thinking, analytical skill, teamwork, friendship, better understanding of BELL, etc.

Taking part in AMB will be one of the best experience of your uni-life. So don't hesitate to join Apprentice Management Board and show us your dream BELL!

To be the leaders of an organization, first of all, deep understanding about it is a must. So it’s time that to create a gathering for BELLers to understand better about our club's activities and how it organizes. Moreover, we desire to inspire you to become the next generation of Management Board of BELL Club. That’s the reason why the AMB's INTRODUCTION DAY is held before AMB officially starts. In the Introduction Day, you will be provided with some useful information about what our club is and how it operates. Moreover, the current MB will give you the most detailed description of being an MB. Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to hear our deepest desire for the club and maybe, you'll find something in common with us.
